Janitorial Services

AMI has lead the Guam Janitorial Industry for over 15 years through the company’s continued dedication to evolving a Standards Based Culture of Competence. We long ago recognized the need for truly professional, safe and effective services and have established standards that achieve these goals. We have lead in training, with certainly Guam’s largest and highest volume training program to our staff. We know of no other firm that has its own Training Facility, run by a dedicated full–time Certified Training staff.

Our people will arrive at a jobsite on day one, fully trained and properly equipped to provide first class services from start to finish.

We are the only firm on Guam to have not one, but 3 staff complete the 300 hour International Executive Housekeepers Association course, among a variety of advanced training programs available.

Naturally, all of our chemicals are EPA approved, are biodegradable and as "green" as we can deploy. Our staff are trained in chemical handling through a full range of OSHA courses.

We have developed a very strong program for both school systems and Health Care Facilities. We have many commendations from health care facilities, particularly US Naval Hospital Guam for assisting the hospital achieve Joint Committee on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) approval. We have been doing so at Naval Hospital for over 7 years. Real competence, real customer care.
